not quite 10 days, but...
While this formula didn't quite make it 10 whole days on my nails, it didn't start to show any signs of stress until day 3, and did not actually chip at all until day 5. When I say signs of stress, I mean wear and tear on the tips of my nails which was most likely the result of typing. When it did begin to chip, it was more like little nicks versus the huge, peeling chips that just sign the death warrant on my whole mani right then and there. I will say this formula is different, it's kind of like it's rubberized–-and remains pretty flexible which I'm sure prevents it from chipping as easily as other polishes. I used the same base coat and top coat I generally use for my at-home manicures, so I didn't do anything out-of-the-ordinary special for Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro. Long lasting
Ok, they don't have great colors. BUT this polish is easier to apply and longer lasting than any polish I've come across in a loooong time, and you can't beat the price. I buy the topcoat/bottomcoat and use it with colors I like better. Makes my manicures last longer and is way cheaper since it's (a) a two-in-one product and (b) only $3 or something. Love it!
This nail polish is so easy to apply! The brush is large and I can apply only one coat and the color will still be great. The #270 Steel Grey is the exact color I was looking for! It lasts about a week for me. The only down point is that if you don't use the bottle within a couple of months, it will dry up rapidly. Stayed on great!
I am so happy this polish does what it says it will do. It has taken a long time to find a polish that will stay on AND not chip for up to eight days. The best part is it is inexpensive. Lasting Finishing Pro -Does Last!
I didn't count the actual days. I change the color every three days or so. The great price point gave some hesitation yet I was proven wrong!Very sleek and smooth! The topcoat is the best I've ever used
I tried the topcoat because I paint my nails a different color every day and it is truly unbeatable. Its inexpensive and it makes the color last without chipping for at least three to five days. This polish is inexpensive and really does last longer than most. I've never counted the days but I do know it seems like forever before a chip. Pleasantly surprised
I tried Rimmel's nail polish after reading some positive reviews online (I have always been a die-hard OPI fan, but as a college student, I just can't afford them :( so I needed another go-to polish). I was pleasantly surprised by the staying power of Rimmel's polish. Besides shellac, I have never had polish that lasted more than a few days, but this one did.
