Like this the 1st step primes & separates lashes the 2nd adds color & volume .. Hate this!
I hate this product. It is gloppy, stiff and makes me look like I have doll eyelashes. Even though it is waterproof, with my moisturizer and foundation, somehow it still runs. But it is very difficult to remove.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful
