Like this the 1st step primes & separates lashes the 2nd adds color & volume .. Hate this!
I hate this product. It is gloppy, stiff and makes me look like I have doll eyelashes. Even though it is waterproof, with my moisturizer and foundation, somehow it still runs. my favorite

Curls great and stays in place. It's so hard to get off which is a good thing but not when you want it to come off. Be careful not to put too much on because it might clump.
