Velvety Smooth...

I'm using this for the first time. I usually just use whatever's cheapest, but this was on sale and I love Shea Butter. My skin can get very dry, especially now that it's getting colder so I really love something that's long-lasting. If the lotion doesn't last, I know immediately because my skin will start to itch the minute it wears off. But this stuff is amazing ~ my skin drinks this in and feel...read mores like velvet afterwards and lasts throughout the day. Not the least bit greasy, sticky or oily. This lotion does have a very strong scent, however. And I have smelled it on my clothes at the end of the day. The fragrance is nice, but a bit much for a lotion. But as far as moisturizing, this stuff is a miracle and my skin feels amazing. Love it.

strong smell

I didn't really care for the scent of this lotion, or the texture, which was a little runny for my taste. It did an okay job of moisturizing my skin, though

Long lasting moisture

I've used this one for 3 yrs and got compliments on how soft my skin was. I've never had skin this soft in my life until I tried this. Unfortunately I'm older (43) and have some health issues that I believe are contributing to my skin being drier than normal and this lotion just can't keep up. Off to find yet another miracle!

sexy skin

I love this lotion. It makes my skin glow rather then just moisturize. It other words it doesnt make your skin look dull at all. My favorite thing about it is when i wear a dress, skirt, shorts.. it makes my legs look shiny and stand out. It makes my skin feel so smooth too. i actually have both lotions regular dove lotion and the dove creme oil.. i prefer the dove creme oil just because it actually makes your skin stay soft and feel soft.

soft skin

i love this cream oil lotion. i'm going on vacation soon, and even though i have a lot of different types of lotion, this is the one i'm bringing. before i bought this, i used regular lotion with body oil to get the moisture i needed, but this lotion is even better because instead of buying two bottles, i now just buy one and get the same result while paying less. i highly recommend this. and the scent is nice, too!

Wonderful

I have used Vaseline's cocoa butter deep conditioning lotion for a long time. I ran out and found Dove's cream oil shea butter body lotion at the store and bought it. I love Vaseline, but will only go back if Dove stops selling this lotion. I absolutely love it. It is so creamy and moisterizes my extremely dry skin leaving it soft and supple. Amazing!

I started using the regular cream and oil formula without shea butter and instantly fell in love. My skin gets rly dry and irritated in the winter so when i saw there was a shea butter formula I had to try it out. Ever since then i have used this daily with Dove go Busrt body wash. The combo leaves me skin moisturized and healthy. This lotion is light weight and absorbs easily. My skin looks and feels so much healthier even in the harsh mountain weather.

Disappointed.

I have the Dove Ultra Rich Velvet Cream Oil Body Wash and I found it to be AMAZING! It worked wonders on my skin (even though it isnt all that dry) and made superrr velvety! It says on the back that the best results are achieved when used with the complementing Dove Cream Oil lotion. So I thought I'd give it a try. I tried it out on my hands at Wal-mart and it worked pretty well - and like all Dov...read moree products it smelled lovely! Kinda chocolate-y I guess you could say. So the next morning when I showered I couldn't wait to try this on all over my body. It was creamy and not too thick or thin. But as it was drying I noticed it didn't feel right. Usually when most lotions absorb it feels great and my skin feels super soft. But this one didn't. The only way I can describe it is the feeling of drying sweat. It just felt kind of.. gross. Especially under my long-sleeved shirt. Obviously throughout the day, the feeling wore off though... Idk... I was so disappointed! I thought it was going to work just as well as the body wash.. Oh well.. Maybe I'm just not used to it yet.. It is my 1st try after all. Once I'm done with this bottle, I'm definitely gonna go back to my Olay lotion!
