GREAT for WINTER!!
I think the whole ultra facial line is great for winter. The toner is a little heavy but it soaks in right away! This entire line is perfect for winter. I have combination skin and I love it. I don't like the texture of this toner, it felt a bit heavy after application. I bought a whole range of Kiehl's product from cleanser to moisturizer. I regretted all my purchases. I will definitely NOT buy it again! (NOT even the #1 seller lip balm) The brand is over rated. Love it!
I had never used toner consistently. I tried out a few here and there throughout the years but never stuck to anything because it always left my skin so dry. I bought the ultra facial starter kit several months ago just to try something different and I love it! It gets rid of the extra dirt and build-up without drying and my skin has been looking awesome.
