This may be one of the worst waterproof mascaras I have ever worn. The color was nice and deep, but the formula was very wet and heavy on my lashes, thus, it took forever to dry and weighed down the lashes. Also it was clumpy, and more importantly wasn't waterproof. It smudged both upper and lower eye lids. It did not add any significant length or volume either, but I bought this one as a waterproof mascara, but unfortunately, it did not deliver. I regret buying this mascara. It claimed to do so much but failed to be effective. It had no curling effect at all, the formula was way too heavy on my lashes, and it flakes when it encounters water. Through the first few uses, I thought it was just me. The original formula was too heavy and my lashes didn't agree, so to the waterproof I went. However, this formula seems even MORE heavy and wet, and did absolutely no curling!
