this product does what it says, before you can even move on to your second nail the matte finish is dried and makes any color nail polish go from glossy to matte in seconds. It's such a great buy considering the limited amount of colors matte nail polish come in. Now you don't have to buy separate nail polish just to get the matte look, just pick up a bottle of this all your glossy nail polish can be matte or regular, depending on what you want. I love this top coat because it is so much more cost effective than buying dozens of new polishes in matte form. Instead I can take my favorite color and swipe this on! It dries in seconds. Putting this over regular nail polish also lasts much longer than the matte polishes. I gave it only a 9 because sometimes I get little white spots from the top coat or sometimes my nail polish crackles in a few days and dirt or makeup can settle into the lines. Otherwise it wears very well and I enjoy coming up with interesting looks to mattify!
