This conditioner is fine, smells nice, has a thick texture...but does nothing for moisture. I've been using it twice a week for several weeks now, always for more than three minutes, and my thick, wavy hair has not improved (or worsened). I was looking for a nice deep conditioner for my dried out ends. I love the smell of Garnier Fructis products and decided to try this. It is a very thick conditioner so I was hopeful it would leave my hair soft. It didn't. I really noticed no difference in my hair from using this versus my normal conditioner. It may even leave my hair less soft and almost "stiff" feeling. It has gritty pieces in it too that I don't like (I'm not trying to exfoliate my hair!!). And I don't think the smell lasts very long either, compared to other Garnier Fructis products. I bought this months ago and the bottle is still in my shower half full. it's the jesus of hair products, it's come as the savior for the broken and thirsty hair. but seriously, my hair is very long and big loose curls... (think beyonce). my hair is thin but it frizzes and poofs big. after using this my hair is smooth and my waves are weighed down, but thats a prices I'll pay to have hair like silk. I did over do it with the shampoo and regular conditioner in addition to this mask so the relaxing of my natural curls could just be from overdoes, but no other product i've tried has been able to come close to the hydrating qualities of this line of hair repair. The product description on the package indicates that this will be a very rich, emollient conditioner. It isn't. This would be best for someone with thin, fine hair (I have normal, thick hair). The consistency is thin and it hardly feels like you conditioned your hair.
