Way too messy

This is one of the messiest mascaras I've ever tried. Super gloppy, takes forever to dry, and it in no way stays on for four days if it can't stay in place for an hour! Skip this product and move on to one that will actually work. Not one of Tarte's better products. UHHH!

BEST AND ONLY MASCARA TO DO ITS JOB!

I have no idea what these other comments are referring to clumps and such. I have tried $3 to $40 mascaras and this has been the only one that I have fallen completely In love with. IT DOES stay one for days and there are times I have found myself not needing to reapply the day after. I would buy in bulk if I could as I can't buy it through tarte anymore and have to search every now and then throu...read moregh ebay. I have tried other mascaras by Tarte and this has been by far the best one I have ever bought. And I have long lashes. So I need something to keep them up. Every other mascara just weighs them down. If anyone out there finds it, please let me know.

SOOO disappointed

When I saw that Tarte made a "stain", I was really excited and even more so when I put it on. Doesn't clump and your eyelashes look like your own - just better! After a couple of hours, though, I had smudges and by the next morning, there was more "stain" under my eyes than on my eyelashes. If it lasted, it would be perfect - now I just use it when I'm running out and don't want to put on mascara.

Doesn't work!

I have very sensitive eyes and I wear contacts so this was recommended. I thought this was great! Only have to apply mascara every four days! WOW! Day One: I applied. Very easy application. Goes on with no clumps, however, make sure you have Qtips and a dab of eye cream handy to wipe away mistakes quickly or it will stain your skin. By noon, I had black smudges under my eyes. Yuck! Had to use tis...read moresue with lotion to rub it off. Alot of the thickening aspect of it washed off with nightly cleansing. Day Two: My lashes did look black the next morning when I woke up which was kinda cool but I saw no trace of it after my shower and the daily microderm cleanser I use. Applied regular mascara. ***This may work if you plan on not taking off your eye makeup for 4 days. In small print on the side of the box, it says "avoid oil based products around the eye when wearing this." ... who DOES that?! Maybe it will work well for younger women who don't use eye cream yet.
