Doesn't feel like a cleanser

This is not your typical cleanser. It almost felt as if I was washing my face with a lotion instead. There is no real foaming action, and my face was left with what felt like a fairly heavy moisture residue. I know that this is part of the purpose of this cleanser - to not aggravate already inflamed skin - but it ended up leading to a big increase in break outs. Caused cystic acne!

I really had high hopes for this cleanser because I have rosacea, BUT after using it for two days, I developed blackheads. After less than a week, I developed hard, cystic acne on my chin!
