Okay
This foundation is small, light, and very portable, yet has same 2oz of product as most foundations. It comes out from very small orifice, so it's easy to control precise amount, and very hygenic. The coverage wasn't as good as the original colorstay, but it mattified my oily skin. However it is NOT comfortable to wear all day. Not bad!
This foundation is a little pricey for the drugstore, but will work well for lots of women. It's thick, so using a foundation brush won't work; you have to use a sponge or your fingers. It's super smooth and blendable, and coverage is buildable. I was very impressed by how well it covered redness on my cheeks. It didn't do so well on raised red blemishes however, which disappointed me. It dries to a matte finish and stays well throughout the day. A touch-up might be needed after a few hours, but basically this makeup does a good job of staying mostly matte. Flawless, but cakey!
I love this makeup it has a wonderful texture, Beware not to apply it without a mild exfoliant first, it goes on smoother after exfoliation. I wear it at least twice a week and everytime I get compliments on my "flawless complexion". Great coverage!
I love the coverage of this foundation. It's medium/full. It's easy to put on, I use my fingers for this task (no brushes for me). The only thing I don't like is the smell. As smooth as whipped mousse
For the price, this is a great foundation! I usually like foundations with more sheer coverage because those tend to be more light and airy and although this foundation isn't necessarily light, its certainly airy. The foundation glides on like a dream and offers great coverage without being very noticeable. Beautiful Drugstore Foundation
I always use Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. But being a beauty product junky, am always trying others. I love this foundation. It is light, creamy and blends beautifully. I have light skin, even in summer and found light 030 to be a perfect match. And I have not found one drugstore foundation to truly be a perfect match until this one. The finish is matte. I have older, dryer skin, but in summer it goes a bit oiler. So this is a great summer makeup. It covers my little broken capillaries and other small imperfectons well. Great
I actually prefer this product over the liquid revlon colorstay. You can control how much product you use with this one a lot better then the glass bottle, and I feel like it applys nicer. If you have fair skin this is not a good make up. If you have ANY peach fuzz on your face this make up will make it stand out!
