I absolutely love this product. I hate using lots and lots of conditioner on my hair in the shower as it always leaves my fine hair thick, greasy, and overall unattractive. I would spray this in my hair and let it sit for a couple of minutes. it definitley detangles my hair, without the greasy afterwork of regular conditioner.
