MAYBELLINE NEW YORK COLOR SENSATIONAL LIPCOLOR
I'm amazed that I'm so late discovering Maybelline's lipsticks. I bought two this weekend - Dusty Rose, from the Color Sensational range, and Pure Plum, from the Moisture Extreme range, and am super-satisfied with both. Great quality, lasts four or five hours at a stretch, does not feather, and fades gracefully. I originally paid a visit to the MAC store and then just got annoyed by their usual pale, western colours that make olive-skinned South Asian women like myself look like we have pneumonia. I've fallen prey to these shades before, and have several very expensive MAC lipsticks lying around that I'm simply unable to use. I moved on to the Maybelline counter and discovered that Maybelline sells its lipsticks at ONE-FIFTH the price of MAC, their range of colours is far more exciting and experimental, and the quality of their stuff is very satisfying. I've also discovered that these lipsticks are truly moisturising and do not dry out your lips at the end of the day, unlike many other brands. Will recommend and repurchase without a doubt. I love this lipstick! it has so many colors to choose from but right now i only have 'make me pink'. the formula is creamy and not too sticky. stays on for quite a while and if you like matte lipstick but not dry, this is for you. it gives a tiny bit of shine without looking too wet. the price is good for the quality of the product and the packaging is cute! the only thing is that the silver part of the tube came out of the bottom but i just screwed it back on. i will definitely buy many more of these! The best shades are Pink Please and Born With It. The other shades don't impress me. I don't get why Pink Please was discontinued because frankly it was the best pink ever. And it sold pretty well. The people at Maybelline are dumb. Born with it is good but the shimmer just annoys me. The other pinks in the Color Sensational line is just bah- too dark. What Maybelline and others need to have is a nice pink nude, no shimmer or anything. Just a nice creamy pink nude or nude brown. Cause this is what customers want. Awesome lipstick!!
I really love this line, I usually shy away from drug store brands because they can be so iffy(but with a resonable price tag). But I heard good things about this line and needed a nice nude lipstick. I went with the shade: Totally Toffee and I LOVE it!! It wasn't exactly the nude I was looking for but it is very very nice. The formula is rich and creamy and the colour is true to what you see and stays that way. It lasts for a good long while as well, even through coffee and other foods and does not bleed or transfer to your teeth. I was confident buying this as well because the price is so reasonable! $6 for a lipstick is good with me!! I do love higher end brands but after having a baby it's fair to say I need to cut down on the spending and I've found my new go-to lipstick. The packaging I felt was a little cheap, however it does make the lipstick easy to find in my makeup drawer when I look in and see a shade close to what I was looking for. awesome lipstick

Amazing!
These are one of my favorite lip colors. They are richly pigmented, last a long time, and are incredibly velvety. They come in an incredible range of colors that are true to color on the lip. I also find that the condition of my lips improves when I use these lipsticks. Great color selection, great performance, great price
I am not easily tempted by a magazine advertisement, but when I read their claims and color selection, I could not resist to try this color sensational lipcolor. I could not make up my mind for just one color among so many attractive shades to choose from. Even for just the "nude" base tone, there were at least 10 different colors at a drug store. The color (Warm Me Up) is, yes, warm, natural, mature and sexy. It really fits to my skin tone. It may not have the exact shine power as lip gloss has, unlike sticky lip gloss, this lip stick is creamy and soft, and hydrates my lips. I am a regular buyer of Clinique (especially Long Last Soft Shine Lipstick) , Shiseido, Mac, Shu Uemura lipsticks, but the quality of this lipstick is almost comparable, and the price is hard to beat. not the best
This lipstick is so-so. The only pros that I found is that it's moisturizing and i quite creamy; and the tube is pretty. I have one in Mauvious shine, and the color looks nothings like what's indicated on the tube and website. It's more of a cool bright pink. It's not very pigmented, so it takes some effort to make it look like anything. Also, the smell is questionable. I don't mean it's necessarily bad, but it reminds me too much of some product for kids, so every time I use this lipstick, I feel like a 5-year-old using her first tinted chapstick/lipstick. Coral Crush
I am a MAKE UP FOR EVER junkie when it comes to lip sticks but I decided to give this a try after all the rave reviews. After about ten minutes of browsing I picked up the color Coral Crush. It is a peachy pink color that looks great & natural. The packaging is very nice and is durable enough for the purse or backpack. The lipstick has a soft, emollient formula which is absolutely fantastic. No weird chemical smells or tastes either! Great pigmentation & lots of color choices from this line. Simply cannot beat the price tag with quality like this. Did I Buy the Same Stuff?
I bought this lipcolor, Maybelline Color Sensational, in #435 Plum Perfect, based on the wonderful reviews here on this site. I couldn't be more disappointed. It smelled awful, the color was tacky, and although moisturizing, it felt like I was wearing something from my mother's vanity. There's a reason why it's cheap it price. Let's be honest. If you want a quality product, spend the money because this just is NOT worth it. great selection
