      I've been a HUGE fan of Crest Whitening Plus Scope EXTREME MINT EXPLOSION Toothpast. My tastebuds don't work well, so it's nice to have a toothpaste I can actually taste! However, I've noticed stores discontinuing Crest Extreme and had the feeling I should stock up on it. But I just ran out of my stock pile. Bummer. An...d I noticed that Crest replaced Extreme with Outlast, so I purchased some. OMG! The stuff is gross!!! Yes, you can taste the mint in your mouth for hours, but it leaves a residue (similar to lard, yes LARD) on your tongue and the roof of your mouth. I guess that's the "ground breaking technology" the creators at crest came up with. They just included some kind of waxy, pasty substance that sticks to your mouth and keeps the minty taste for several hours. The big bummer is that your mouth feels pasty and filmy, especially after a nice long brushing....kind of counter productive, don't you think? Do yourself a favor, don't buy this product. IT IS TRULY DISGUSTING. And if you're like me, you'll go online and buy the last remaining stockpile of Crest Extreme at Wall***t-dot-com. (Too late, I purchased all they had left in stock.)
