This toothpaste had a cool and crisp minty flavor. It generated nice foam. My teeth felt clean after using it, and it refreshed my breath. The minty feeling in my mouth lasted a little bit longer than when I use regular toothpastes, but definitely not hours like they claim to be. Also, I didn't see that it made my teeth "extra" white.
