Good Start, Poor Ending

I went in for a foundation lesson with YSL and after a chat, the lady recommended the Teint Resist as the best - I said I was looking for full coverage without looking caked for my combination skin .... She had a bit of a job getting a good match, but picked shade 4 (I'm fair with pink undertones) After my make-over I felt it looked pretty good, however the look didn't last long, it turned very oi...read morely on my T-Zone and by mid afternoon, I was getting comments of "did I feel ok" a check in the mirror and I looked Yellow !!!! as a review above stated, it had separated on my face and turned quite a tint of yellow, shame, it started out quite promising.

Not worth the price

I bought this foundation for $55 after a Sephora employee recommended it as HIS favorite (no more makeup advice from men for this girl). I wanted to switch to a liquid foundation to shake things up in my makeup routine after years of faithful BE use. I just didn't like this foundation, it made me breakout, which is a rare thing for me and the makeup seemed to "separate" on my face throughout the...read more day, turning an orangish color. The one thing I did like was that it gave my skin a nice glowing, fresh look for the first part of the day until it started to separate. Needless to say, I returned this.

Smooth Finish!

This foundation was recommended to me at Sephora. I have combination skin and my nose gets super oily. This foundation controls the oil more than most foundations. Even after wearing it all day, my skin still looked smooth and radiant, not cakey. I don't love the price tag, but I think it is worth the money.

A nice ,lightweight feel on skin

Teint Resist has the most amazing feel on the skin. Hard to explain but basically it feels like you have no makeup on. It has nice but not full coverage. Coverage is light/medium. Didn't block oil as well as I would have liked, but leaves a nice finish and does wear pretty long. I'm in the middle with this. I like it but don't love it. Considering getting a bottle of it, maybe.
