Too old lady.
Subtle rose, overpowering musky wood scent that fades into the berries. The berry scent is VERY apparent. My bf noticed immediately that i was wearing something different, he said i smelled like an old lady which i though too. Honestly it smells like a cheap drugstore fragrance. Not a fan at all. A Scent That Becomes Subtle and Pretty
This perfume starts out a little strong but becomes subtle and very pretty. The scent works well for a afternoon into evening and reminds me of a warm spring day that turns into a cool evening. sweet then woodsy
When I first sprayed this on, it was a sweet, creamy berry scent with sweet floral. It then becomes a woodsy floral. This perfumes lasts a good long while. I took a look at the price. $39 for a whole ounce bottle is not a bad price at all, especially for a YSL product. Divine :)
A seriously sensual perfume. My boyfriend even commented on it, so you know it must smell great if you it can get a man to notice. Smells good even a few hours later, which is a problem I have often with fragrances...no funky bottom notes making an appearance later on. This fragrance wasn't horrible at first then I couldn't wait to get it off. I think it was a little to old lady smelling. Smells old
After an hour of wearing a single spritz of this perfume, I found myself furiously trying to wash it off my arm. I just hate it. It was tolerable at first, if not something I particularly liked. The rose and blackberries were the dominant scents. After about 15 minutes, however, all sweetness faded and I was left mainly with what I assume is the smell of sandalwood, per the perfume's description, and the smell of dried-up roses. I generally dislike "woody" scents, and I just could not stand this. The combo of wood and rose screams "old lady" to me. Parfum Wearers Beware!
This parfum has a strong, mix of florals in it that really makes this product smell very strange! It doesn't have a sexy nor feminine scent to it. It has this odd floral+woody type scent to it that actually ended up giving me a headache! I will certainly never wear this odd smelling stuff ever again! Light fruity/floral/woodsy scent
I always feel a bit odd reviewing perfumes since so much depends on your body chemistry, but if you are a fan of fruit, floral and sandalwood you would probably enjoy this. The top notes are very fruity but fade very quickly. They were disappearing within the first hour of application which is too bad because I like them, very berry jam. The floral layer is very heavy with rose. It lasts fairly well. The base layer is the sandalwood heavy woodsy scent and stuck on my skin throughout the day. However, although I normally spray a mist and walk through my perfume, I found I had to give my self a good squirt of this stuff or else it was too light. I don't think the perfume is necessarily old lady. It is romantic, but not sultry. I think the fact that it is heavy with the rose scent is what is making some reviewers say it makes them think of their grandmothers. Floral and sweet
I see mostly bad reviews for this..
