I have tried both Olay Regnerist and Garnier eye rollers, which did nothing to reduce puffiness or lines even with continued usage. This RoC pen worked the first time I used it! - lifted and reduced wrinkles in my upper eyelids, and flattened and smoothed out the sinus trouble bags under my eyes.
