Dries up fast
If you just buy this felt-tip, you will think it is a worthless technology for eyeliners. It dried up so fast. Literally after 1 or 2 applications. It can't hold up to shadow or skin cream. Even one sales clerk agreed that they are not a quality product. I hate this eyeliner! I was hoping to get the Kat Von D tattoo eyeliner but realized it was 6$ more than this. So I wanted to try it out in order to see if it was worth getting the more expensive one. When I tried it out on my hand in the store, it came on clearly and perfectly and I was really excited to go home and actually try it out. When I got home and opened my new one, I first tried it out on my hand. It was a little difficult and felt more dry than the one I had tried out in the store. I was a little disappointed. I then actually tried it out on my eye. When I first put it on, I checked the brush to see if it was covered by something, because I could literally not see it. I kept trying to get it to go on my eye and finally it appeared. After a long attempt to apply it evenly, It looked semi-decent. After wearing it for an hour or so, I checked on it. It became all chunky, and seemed to have separated from the oil and the solid part! It was SO disappointing! I wiped it off and I decided to put on my almay liquid (cheaper) eyeliner, which lasts soooo much longer.
