A Soft, Radiant Glow with Benefits
Rarely do the ingredients in a product match the results you receive. I purchased Too Faced's "Absolutely Invisible Candlelight Powder" because I love a soft glow, a radiant finish. This powder provides that for me. It is not heavy or cakey in any way. It is undetectable, except for occasional flecks of pure gold. Coverage is totally buildable. Your complexion looks like you are seated at a romantic restaurant with a single candle in the middle of the table for light. I prefer to use a big, fluffy brush (although the applicator sponge is of good quality, as is the compact itself) and add more as I want and where I want--on cheekbones, sometimes over the bridge of my nose, on my chin, etc. Somehow it helps to conceal dark circles, blemishes, and discolorations and focuses attention on your best features. This is a powder to be cherished and used again and again. It blurs imperfections and leaves you flawless. Ingredients? Pure gold, which has been touted to tighten skin and reduce the appearance of imperfections; Vitamin C adds clarity and generates collagen; aloe vera extract provides important calming, soothing effects and aids in the restoration of moisture; pomegranate extract, an antioxidant, promotes smooth, glowing skin; chamomile calms and soothes as well, especially helpful for sensitive skin; silica fills in fine lines and creases; soybean oils moisturizes, and Vitamin E, another antioxidant, protects and acts as a moisture magnet for skin. This much beauty for $30.00? Definitely worth it! — 1 week, 4 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Gorgeous Golden Glow
I purchased this powder to give my skin a nice subtle golden glow for winter. I am really impressed by how light yet effective it is. Don't let the "invisible" name fool you. The powder really does give your skin a gentle, natural and candlelit glow without being too shiny or shimmery. It can be used all over or just on key areas (bridge of nose, tops of cheekbones, forehead) for an even and polished look that doesn't scream highlighter. It adds that extra bit of polish without being obvious. For application, I skip the round sponge applicator. I swirl a big, fluffy powder brush over the pressed powder and apply to my face in a sweeping circular motion. For the bridge of my nose I lightly brush downward and then side to side for blending. This powder blends easily and doesn't make oily skin look extra shiny. It doesn't change color during the day or become orange-y or splotchy as many highlighters can. The scent is pleasant. A nice highlight powder that isn't overdone. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 6 people said helpful
