I picked this up at Whole Foods after Paula Begoun recommended it. For one, she recommends very few toners, accusing almost all of but her own of being poorly formulated. Second, it was the cheapest of her toner recommendations. After a few weeks of using this, I'm on board with Paula. This toner smells good, feels good, and contains all sorts of goodies for skin, most importantly antioxidants. I spray it on a cotton pad and wipe my face with it after washing morning and night. I also like to treat myself to a blast of it during the day to refresh my skin, which can get red and hot by about lunch time. Although a little expensive for a drug store product, this toner, about $13, is one of my favorite I've ever used. I buy expensive little bottles of refreshing mist toners at sephora that are the same price for about half the quantity. I use this in the morning and throughout the day to give my skin a refreshing glow. I refrigerate it over night so that it is extra-refreshing in the morning. It has a nice scent and it really makes your skin look and feel great. There are mostly natural ingredients, too, so that it won't clog pores and cause any strange irritation. I'd pick it up asap!
