Rimmel London 60 Seconds Nail Polish Reviews

Meh, I've tried better.
I use good base & top coat so I tend to use the more inexpensive nail polishes. This wasn't very good, It didn't brush on too easily and evenly; it was a bit thick and globby. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Double Coat
One coat seems to be a bit thin so I usually apply twice to bring up the color Frisky Clover (290) and for the full coverage. Since I double coat, it takes more than 60 sec to dry, but still it is pretty good for the price of $2.49. Although the color selection is somewhat limited, I am planning to try another color. This Rimmel nail color is convenient, and fits my busy schedule and my wallet nicely. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Rimmel Nail Polish
I've been using Rimmel Polish since before it was released stateside (thanks to my best friend that lives overseas). It is actually one of the better polish brands on the market and can easily compete with brands three and four times higher in price. I can wear one of these colors for 4-5 weeks (only on my hands, which I am VERY hard on as a writer that uses a computer upwards of 12 hours a day). I do use a really good base and top coat, but that doesn't seem to make a difference with other brands that chip, peel, flake, etc., after a week. Rimmel passes my test by not fading, and not chipping, peeling, or flaking. In fact, the only time it doesn't look good is if I've broken a nail. All in all, its worth it's cost (generally under $3 a bottle, unless you find it on sale), they always have great colors, and it's super easy to take off. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Does what it claims
I didn't really believe this would dry in 60 seconds - how many polishes claim that but still smudges 15 minutes later? This little inexpensive bottle of joy lives up to its name. I was able to do most normal activities after a minute passed, and after two there was no movement even when I had to dig through my purse. As with the Lycra + line, the big bummer is the lack of colors. It has a couple blues, a really cool green, black, purples, and then the reds/pinks. I don't think I have ever seen more than 18-2 colors displayed at any store I have ever shopped where they sell Rimmel. Still, for three dollars this is one heck of a polish. It goes on really smooth and it's easy to get by with just one coat for a softer shade of the color. If you are an All You subscriber/reader (Wal-mart only sells this), pretty much every month they have at least one Rimmel Coupon for BOGO or a few bucks off any product. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Affordable, Easy, and Fun
This is my first fast dry nail polish, and I'm in love. I used this GORGEOUS Rapid Ruby color, and though its chipping, it is no worse than any other nail polish, and I always have some chipping after a few days. So it needs a touch up, but I am super pleased with the ease of application, and not having to sit for an hour trying not to touch anything and then still ruining at least one nail. This is my new favorite! — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

cheap & cheerful!
inexpensive little bottle of polish, which means that you can invest in a few shades without feeling like you have broke the bank! The brush is designed for quicker and more accurate application and it does what it promises and dries super fast, so great for those get-ready-quick dilemas! overall, not too bad at all! — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Mediocre
Not gonna lie, I'm not all that impressed with the claim that it dries in 60 seconds. I liked the color I used and the way it looked, but it took longer than 60 seconds to dry. If you want to get technical, maybe it DID dry in 60 seconds, but it's not lke I could do anything without completely smudging my nails because they are still SOFT. Plus aren't almost all nail polishes this way? They dry quickly but are still soft so you really can't do a whole lot for an hour or so? Buy this polish for the colors and price, not for the drying speed. — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Really Good!
I do not - DO NOT - have time to wait for my nails to dry. That's why I love this. Also? My experience is that all nail polish chips - if you have to fix or reapply every other day - might as well use something that dries fast and comes in a lot of awesome colors! — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
