Fabulous!
My shower is full of different soaps/body washes and very few of them show signs of use, but this one is half full. I use it almost everyday. It leaves my skin so soft and the scent is wonderful! I love this stuff! the smell is wonderful, but the product actually works. it doesnt leave a greasy layer on my skin like the more expensive exfoliators have done! I have even noticed that my skin is still soft and smooth if i don't apply lotion after the shower-that never happens! tell me why this works so well and is so cheap, yet some of the more pricey ones don't do half the job?!!? Smells Heavenly!
When I tried this, I'd realized that this is exactly how I want my body wash to smell like - homey, fragrant, comforting, but not cloying or heavy in floral notes. Affordable, but not worth it because of SLS
I really try to stay away from soaps that use sodium laureth sulfate. This is unfortunately one of them. Another winner from Caress!
Don't let the unattractive burnt orange coloring of the body wash fool you. Yes, the color may look repulsive on your bath sponge, but in fact this body wash works wonderfully. The body wash gently exfoliates and leaves a slight brown sugar scent. In two weeks, my dry summer skin was left moisturized and soft. Caress Evenly Gorgeous Body Wash is a definite improvement on the original Caress (not that I didn't like it, but it is, well, boring). The smell ruins it
If I were rating this product just on quality alone, I would give this a perfect 5/5, however there is more to a product than just its quality. I do like some food scents, such as some apple scents, peppermint and certain citcrus elements when they are mixed with other scents. I do NOT like the scent of the Evenly Gorgeous set. It is a very sweet, sugary, syrupy, food type scent that reminds me of sugar cookies and vanila. Honestly the smell turns my stomach and makes me want to vomit. All sugary smells, food smells do that too me. If the scent of this wash faded after getting out of the shower, then I wouldn’t mind using this wash on occasion. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your personal preference, the scent lingers on your skin long after the shower is over. The beauty bar isn’t any better. This bar is susposed to be used on the face, and honestly using a bar on my face does not appeal to me at all. I much perfer using facial washes and scrubs that are liquid and come from a bottle or a tube. I used this once on my face and it was very awkward to handle, and I didn’t really like having the scent of Evenly Gorgeous on my face or near my face. Smells wonderful
This is a great smelling shower scrub. I normally don't like much in the way of vanilla, but this being Burnt Sugar not straight vanilla made a difference. It's a warm scent. Relaxing. The scrub is a light one, no harsh grains, it's a shower cream with exfoliating beads not a true scrub.
