Wonderful
You only need verrrrry little to cover a lot. After trying so many concealers, I love this one. It actually does a good job at concealing and brightening. It doesn't dry my skin or appear cakey. I purchased this product when it first came out. I love Holly Mordini's presentations on how to use every product correctly and she is one of the biggest reasons why I wear make-up in the first place. After several years of using a different concealer I have recently come back to this product. It goes on SO smooth and REALLY covers. The coverage is 100% buildable and one of the easiest concealers to apply. It does so much more than conceal, it really helps your skin achieve that flawless look even before you apply foundation. That's an immense bonus. I wish they'd add a few additional shades to their offerings though because Fair is actually a little too dark for me. Love it, love it, love it.
First and foremost: It doesn't cause breakouts! (that's usually the most important factor about a product that goes on my face). Second, it doesn't move once it's dried. A tiny bit goes a long way so even thought the tube is small it lasts and lasts. I use the tiniest dot for under my eyes, it doesn't melt into creases and brightens my face. not bad
I was needing a good concealer to cover my dark under-eye circles. This does a good job of doing that. However, I don't like the squeeze tube. Make it too easy to get too much. Aside from a little gathering on the dry skin on the monster in question, it did a remarkable job prior to even applying foundation which would further make this issue detectable throughout the day had I not used the Smashbox High Definition Concealer at all. I didn’t find that it packed my pores but that it created a light-diffusing veil over them in attempt to minimize their depth. Woo hoo! Thank you very, very much. It pretty much can act like a primer too in the areas you’ve applied it, so I didn’t feel the need to start layering scads of products on my face to look ready to face the day unscathed. This is in a teeny tiny tube, but for good reason. You cannot just go to town with this baby because it is so pigmented– but not as much as some of the others I’ve reviewed. It’s texture made it easy to build where I needed the most with a gentle tapping motion with a clean fingertip (I prefer my ring finger). Keep in mind, the more you tap and try to rub, your redness will likely become even more noticeable so err on the side of caution if I could give just a little advice. A little should be enough to make you happy. After a little eye cream too, it concealed darkness under my eyes since a few of my veins are also close to the surface there. Best concealer of all time
This concealer offers great coverage without being cakey or visible. A little bit goes a very long way. I have very dry skin and it does not dry my face out or draw attention to blemishes that I am trying to cover. It is very moisturizing and can be used under the eyes without creasing. Great coverage
I have terribly dark under-eye circles and usually need a few concealers to cover them up. I've been using this sample in addition to the Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Eye Roller and I've been very pleased with the results. My all time fave
This is my first time trying liquid concealor and I will never go back to mineral. This is an amazing product b/c not only does it cover blemishes and bags underneath the eyes, it completely brightens the entire eye area making your face and skin look great. I will definitely buy this time and time again.
