Not for me
Not for me, but my daughter loved it. it was wayyyy to "12 year old shimmery" for my taste. — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

I don't like it
I do not like these shimmers at all. The feeling is not great and I don't like the way they look...cheap — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Yum!
Chapstick is the original and I love it still! Very affordable and makes my lips feel awesome with a cute hint of shimmer. Very tasty too! — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Good shimmer
I decided to try it out on a whim. Just like a regular Chapstick but with some shimmer and a touch of color. I like the berry and coconut flavors. Good to layer under gloss. — 3 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

SUCKED!
The texture was horrible, it felt like shards of glass. I gave my unopened one away and threw the opened one in the trash! — 4 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

reminded me of the 70s -- not in a good way
The shimmer reminded me of the look of the lip products they marketed to teens when I was one (the 70s!) -- and it isn't even as moisturizing as a regular Chapstick. — 2 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

A little too shimmery.
I was rushing to school one day, and this was still in the package. I couldn't find my Burt's Bees so I went with this. I applied it in first period, and a friend told me there was shimmer all over my lips and the area bellow. Well isn't that just wonderful.. — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Chapstick reinvented!
I can remember when ChapStick came in regular and cherry, and what an innovation that was! Flash forward to a time where lip balm choices are plenty and taken very seriously by lippie-addicts like me. ChapStick has moved into new territory with their True Shimmer collection and they’re not just good– I thought the flavors I tried were DELICIOUS! Currently available in Tropical and Botanical Berry, they comfort my lips and apply a soft and subtle shimmer. Not too glittery or frosty which is why I tend to stay away from shimmery balms. If you’re a more natural gal who doesn’t like to wear a lot of color, these are for you! Or let’s say you’re like me and you just can’t make up your mind… these will likely be a welcome addition to your beauty stash. There’s no real color involved, just yummy flavor and sheen which I found nice. I remember the ChapStick of long ago feeling quite waxy on my lips but True Shimmers feel like the complete opposite, not waxy or sticky and they leave my lips soft and moisturized. I had a sneak peek at 2 of the new flavors that will be available in August– Peppermint Rush & Blended Fruit Sherbet and they were equally as delish. As a matter of fact, my fave is Blended Fruit Sherbet… soooo good! — 3 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Just...gross.
My lips almost look metallic! And not in the good way. The shimmer is more like glitter, and there's way too much of it. I've never found a lip balm to look chalky, but this definitely does. It doesn't even moisturize my lips! It's gritty, chalky, and doesn't feel good. It's just not cute. When I went to re-apply it halfway through the day it looked terrible and there were sparkles ALL over the place. I feel like it was designed with little kids in mind. There's also the fact that it tastes and smells like medicine. Ugh, it's one of the worst balms I've ever tried. Don't buy it! — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Pros & cons
I liked the glitter but not the feel. I kissed my husband several times before he left for work, were he was asked if he'd been to a strip club — 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
