This retractable nail file is very convenient and smart. I extend the dual-sided file, and when I finish filing, I just retract the file back into the plastic case. It is too expensive for me to use this file daily, but it is definitely ideal for purse and travel. This is the perfect example of a product with an innovative packaging that actually works. The Zip File is a dual-sided nail file housed in a cute plastic case so you can easily slide the file out to fix chips and nicks and slide back to keep the file protected and clean. Now I no longer have an excuse to chew on my chipped mani or leave it unfixed just because I don't have a file with me. What an ingenious product. My biggest gripe in carrying a nail file has always been that they either get dirty or, in the case of a glass file, can break. So I rarely pack one for this reason. The Zip File is great because the plastic sleeve keeps the file sanitary and protected. Don't you hate bumping into a file as you grab for your makeup bag, wrecking your mani? You can say buh-bye to that.
