I've been using this for 3 months and haven't really noticed a difference in the health of my hair. The scent is nice but the ingredients are not that great compared to better natural brands. Not convincing
It works ok as a detangler, but I didn't notice an improvement on my hair's health. It is quite pricey to just use it for a single purpouse, so it was a fail purchase for me. Does What It Claims
This product does exactly what it claims. detangles your hair. As far as their nourishing claims, I don't see a difference in my hair.You don't need a lot of the product for it to work, just around 3-5 pumps, so the bottle will definitely last you a good while. You can smell the eucalyptus sort of natural smell, however it is not overwhelming. I like the fact that it has heat protection. It's an extra step, so weight the pros and cons
I've been finding this spray to be somewhat beneficial for detangling, but as far as the other claims about breakage protection and "root awakening," volumizing etc, I am better off using other products. At times this product seems like an extra step that I don't have time for at times and is often not even needed. There are other John Frieda products that have more versatility and better volume boosting effects. amazing !

Can't really tell what this spray does, except that it definitely detangles my hair. Awesomely Awesome. :]]
I bought this with the shampoo and conditioner, and used it for the first time this morning. It made my hair amazing. :) It gave it some volume (not a lot) but the thing I was most impressed with was the non frizziness/poofyness it gave my hair. Normally when I blow dry my hair, it will get all frizzy and poofy even if I put product in, and then I'll have to straighten my hair to get it down to normal. This kept the frizziness and poof hair away. :] I didn't even have to straighten my hair, and if it works like this everyday, then I'll be saving my hair a lot of damage from the straightener. Smells Great!
This product makes my naturally frizzy curly hair into beautiful soft waves. Not only that but it smells great and gives wonderful volume.
