It's nice to see drugstore lipsticks that can give department store lipsticks a run for their money. Love this!
I love this lipstick! It is so very creamy, and the color lasts a long time, and it's moisturizing as well. But besides the fact that you can get this for such a reasonable price, as it's a drugstore brand, it has absolutely no bad taste to it. Love the moisture!
I tried out the color in shade 028. After applying it I was surprised at how super moisturizing it is...after looking at the ingredients I saw why...Shea Butter! This magical ingredient makes such a difference. It even felt more moisturizing than MAC slimshines. The Shea butter also acts like a lip balm so it seals in the moisture making the lipstick have the longevity of a long-wear product...Nic...read moree! The only thing is that I didn't like the way the color I had looked on my lips. There's nothing wrong with the product itself, but I had the wrong color for my lips and skin tone. After pondering over this for a bit, I decided to give it another go. I added a more vibrant lip pencil and voila! a good vivid lipstick
Max Factor’s Vivid Impact Lipcolor is certainly vivid! This high pigment lipstick provides a good pop of color that wears pretty well. The lipstick has a decent texture and is on the moisturizing side. Use a liner under it and add a bit of gloss on top, and you can get pretty long wear with nice lasting color. I've Seen This Before
After years of wearing only lipgloss, I decided that in 2009 I would try wearing more lipstick. When I received the Max Factor Vivid Impact lip color I thought 'now is my chance". I wasn't too crazy about the color (I've seen this before), but I made it work. Without a lip balm, the lipstick did not add much moisture at all to my lips. I had to add a lip balm in order for the lipstick to feel good on my lips. HOT PINK
Ok. I'll be the first to admit it. I am not a lover of lipstick. But if I was... I'd want one that actually lasts. I still had a very pink pout! If hot party pink isn't your thing, it does come in many other colors, including 4 reds, 5 beige/browns, 3 mauves, 4 wine/burgundies, and yes 4 pinks! Long Lasting, Moisturizing Lipstick
I was surprised at how saturated the color was on this lipstick. I wasn't expecting such good coverage, not for it to last so long (made it through a bagel, needed a touch up after lunch). And if you're someone who shies away from lipstick because of dry lips, this is the formula for you. Amazing Drug Store Pick
I'm a lover of all lipsticks, but what frustrates me in dealing with the drugstore brands is the lack of pigment. However, Max Factor has changed my opinion about pigmentation in less expensive brands. This amazing lipstick feels like a lip balm, has almost as much shine as a lip gloss, and yet delivers really good pigment. Rich color and rich moisture
This is a super rich lipstick: rich in color and rich in moisturizers. If you prefer a sheer color on your lips, approach this lipstick with caution. While the colors are rich, they don’t look heavy or cakey like the heavy, matte lipsticks of our youth. They are super moisturizing, so they have a nice shiny look. I felt like I was wearing tinted zinc oxide. But then I tried applying it with a lighter hand and it looked quite pretty.
