Loved it!
by moodymaria (34 reviews)Total Beauty BloggerI recently tried Max Factor's Vivid Impact Lip color. Wow, this stuff is awesome! It really gives MAC a run for it's money. The lip color goes on smoothly with one application and has lasting power! I ended up using the color that the quiz recommended and it was great! It was fun to try a different shade and not my usual co...ral, brown shades. I highly recommend this new lipstick! I took the quiz and this is what I got for a result: Your ideal Vivid Impact Lip Color- Ms. Understood May 19, 2009, 1:19 am3 of 3 people found this review helpful.

okay
by JamieElise (25 reviews)The color is great! I got Ms. Understood, and it is the perfect fierce fuchsia for my skintone. However, it wore off in about 30 minutes. That ring about your lips is just not hot! This is a good lipstick for an occasion where you want to look great (like one so important you haven't eaten for a week anyway), but I would sk...ip it for everyday. the only drugstore lipstick i really like
by beauty_girl_musings (105 reviews)Top 500 ReviewerTotal Beauty BloggerTrusted Reviewi'm not usually a fan of lipstick, but Max Factor has made me a fan of this one! :) this lipstick doesn't feel like a lipstick at all, and that's why i love it! it's creamy and leaves my lips feeling so moist that sometimes i forget i'm actually wearing "lipstick". i also love that the color lasts a long time, bu...t removes easily when i want it to-- great job Max Factor! a good vivid lipstick
by carleenp (22 reviews)Total Beauty BloggerTrusted ReviewMax Factor’s Vivid Impact Lipcolor is certainly vivid! This high pigment lipstick provides a good pop of color that wears pretty well. The lipstick has a decent texture and is on the moisturizing side. Use a liner under it and add a bit of gloss on top, and you can get pretty long wear with nice lasting color. Look for ...it in drug and beauty stores. May 6, 2009, 10:31 am3 of 3 people found this review helpful.

HOT PINK
by beautyjunkieinsf (17 reviews)Total Beauty BloggerOk. I'll be the first to admit it. I am not a lover of lipstick. But if I was... I'd want one that actually lasts. No one likes re-applying lipstick or living in constant fear that all that is left is a ring around the outside of your lips. Yuck. Can you tell I was scarred from seeing this happen to my mother?! Well, Max F...actor's new Vivid Impact Lipcolor definitely lasts. And lasts. And lasts. I tried on the hot pink color I got one evening, then promptly laid around blogging and the like until I went to bed. The next morning I went to look in the mirror and... I still had a very pink pout! If hot party pink isn't your thing, it does come in many other colors, including 4 reds, 5 beige/browns, 3 mauves, 4 wine/burgundies, and yes 4 pinks! One is sure to please your lips, even if you don't like lipstick! May 4, 2009, 3:52 pm3 of 3 people found this review helpful.

Amazing Drug Store Pick
by Retrodiva (147 reviews)Top 100 ReviewerTotal Beauty BloggerTrusted ReviewI'm a lover of all lipsticks, but what frustrates me in dealing with the drugstore brands is the lack of pigment. However, Max Factor has changed my opinion about pigmentation in less expensive brands. This amazing lipstick feels like a lip balm, has almost as much shine as a lip gloss, and yet delivers really good pigment.... The color needs to be reapplied fairly often - I wouldn't classify it as long wearing, but for this kind of moisture, it's well worth it. You won't be applying it as much as your favorite gloss, and you'll get more bang for your buck. Well worth the $9 price point. April 30, 2009, 7:36 am3 of 3 people found this review helpful.

Great lip color
by sweet67 (11 reviews)Total Beauty BloggerAs an African American I tend to stay away from bright colors but after using Max Factor Vivid Impact Lip Color in Rose Rage, not only was I shocked to see how well it looked on me, I no longer have a fear of bright lip colors. I also loved the suppleness, creaminess, and the added moisture it gave my lips. May 17, 2009, 11:00 pm2 of 2 people found this review helpful.

Good new lipstick
by beautyalchemist (43 reviews)Top 500 ReviewerTotal Beauty BloggerThis new lipstick is really good. Highly pigmented, very creamy and moisturizing. Feels very high end. Max Factor always made great products, good to see them back at it. May 16, 2009, 8:01 pm2 of 2 people found this review helpful.

Vivid & Sheer Moisturizing Color for Lips
by Meilily (25 reviews)It's nice to see drugstore lipsticks that can give department store lipsticks a run for their money. Max Factor's Vivid Impact Lip Color is one of those drugstore brand lipsticks that feels surprisingly like a more expensive brand lip color. Vivid Impact Lip Color has an incredibly smooth formula that feels pretty moistur...izing on the lips. While the color is supposed to be “vivid,” this lipstick is relatively sheer, and can be layered for more color payoff. I tried this lipstick in the Rose Rage shade and liked the subtly vivid color and the sheer application. I really like the concept of a vivid lip color with the option to look more or less intense, depending on your mood! May 12, 2009, 8:20 pm2 of 2 people found this review helpful.

Love the moisture!
by makeupbyrenren (19 reviews)Total Beauty BloggerI tried out the color in shade 028. After applying it I was surprised at how super moisturizing it is...after looking at the ingredients I saw why...Shea Butter! This magical ingredient makes such a difference. It even felt more moisturizing than MAC slimshines. The Shea butter also acts like a lip balm so it seals in the m...oisture making the lipstick have the longevity of a long-wear product...Nice! The only thing is that I didn't like the way the color I had looked on my lips. There's nothing wrong with the product itself, but I had the wrong color for my lips and skin tone. After pondering over this for a bit, I decided to give it another go. I added a more vibrant lip pencil and voila! Problem solved! May 12, 2009, 7:58 am2 of 2 people found this review helpful.
