    Such a steal

This powder is my new go-to product. I use Revlon Colorstay foundation (try it, you'll love it), but I've been switching up powders. Even though I've finally found a foundation that matches my skin tone, I've been less successful with powders. I always feel like they wash me out or make me look too dark. I tried out this powder because it was translucent. Basically, the powder doesn't add a lot of color to your foundation or make-up, it just makes it beautifully matte. For this price ($3), everyone should have this. It leaves my skin looking way more natural and even toned than other, more expensive powders that just weren't exactly the right color. I love how simple and affordable ELF makes their products. I also love the packaging. It's a sleek and substantial compact that doesn't feel or look cheap at all. I was honestly surprised at how heavy (in a good way) it was. This product is better quality in my opinion (packaging + performance) than many more expensive powders. The mirror inside the compact is really handy and I love the sponge applicator. Even if you use another powder, this one is so handy for touch-ups throughout the day. You just can't beat the price. — 1 week, 1 day ago

    Awesome.

At first I was skeptical that this powder was actually translucent. I was definitely shown the light, though. Not only does it apply invisibly, it mattifies my skin like a dream. I am in love! — 1 month, 2 weeks ago

    Awesome for the price!

First of all I LOVE the packaging! I don't like the little applicator it comes with but oh well I just use a brush. My skin can get pretty oily but this only controls oil ONLY for a little while. So i like to keep it in my purse or something. That's the only thing I don't like about it though! I recommend this if your skin isn't very oily! — 2 months, 1 week ago

    Works really well!

I have to admit I was skeptical at buying this product because $3.00??? For a face powder? I was afraid that it will cause break outs and will cake on my face. But I was wrong! I have the mac blot powder and I saw no difference at how they keep my face matified. Actually I think the elf one stays on longer than the mac. I like the packaging as well and the huge mirror included. I seriously recommend this to everyone on the budget! — 8 months, 3 weeks ago

    pretty goood

I find this powder to be pretty good, it keeps oil at bay for only a short period of time though. Only a very temporary fix (and I am not very oily at all) I find its also a little light for my skin tone. — 10 months, 3 weeks ago
