I had gotten to the point when Ithought that the only option for great brows was to buy the most expensive kits on the market as department and drug store finds just weren't making the grade. Then along comes this little compact from ELF. What a fantastic product. It makes my brows look full and controlled without looking drawn in, made up or like two catepillers are fighting on my forehead! the brush it comes with is a bit tiny, but it gets the job done. And this stuff stays put even on hot, humid days. Easily comes off with makeup remover. I have dark hair and got the middle shade, which is spot on perfect.
