Genius in a Double-Ended Tube!
I love genius. I love when people or companies have great ideas. Rarely has a beauty product idea been better than the one from ELF. Their "Studio Eye Primer and Liner Sealer" is beyond brilliant--and for $3.00! Before using your eye shadows, pat the natural-colored primer over lids to keep eye shadow in place for a very, very long time. Want to create your own liner? Simply dip the other end of the tube--a waterproof, yes, waterproof--sealer into an eye shadow and create a stay-put liner. You have the perfect coordinating or contrasting color. I never have enough of these on hand (one on my vanity, another in the bathroom, and yet another in my purse). Love this stuff
The new Studio line from ELF is THE best. I use this to set my ELF eye shadow, and this keeps it looking fresh and true all day long. I haven't had any issues with color fad or creasing yet, even in the summer heat. I love the eye liner side. How many times have you wished for the perfect liner color to complement your shadow but could never find one? This allows you to make any colored powder into a long lasting eye liner. Just wipe the tip off when you are done. The primer goes on very creamy, and it has such good coverage, it makes an excellent under eye concealer as well - just apply a little face powder over it to set it. Most amazing product ever!
So, when I saw this product at Target, my skepticism was neverending. It was only 3 dollars, and ELF is generally a hit or miss brand. What this product claimed it could do seemed way too good to be true. First of all, I don't really use the primer much. It's okay, but I use the Urban Decay primer potion, and it just can't live up to that. It's pretty decent though, and I'll throw it in my purse every once and awhile. I do like how it has a tint to it so it evens out the skin on your eyelids. I can't say how it works on dark skin, though, since I'm extremely fair skinned. Now onto the liner sealer. Oh. My. God. I can't get over how amazing this product is! I've never seen this concept anywhere else, and ELF set a REALLY high standard for competitors. It not only turns any eyeshadow you want into eyeliner, it makes it WATERPROOF! And it really lasts forever. It also comes with a really nice liner brush/applicator. I use this almost everyday! I'll repurchase and repurchase this until they discontinue it (hopefully that won't be soon because I might die without this product). And it's only three dollars! I'd expect a higher end brand to price this at around 20-30, so it's a huge steal. And it's really high quality, even for ELF products. Everyone needs one of these in their makeup bag. AWESOME!
I freaking love this primer!!!! It makes my colors really pop! I LOVE BRIGHT EYESHADOWS and I had issues with my shadow color being dull. I tried different primers but not willing to pay for the more expensive ones. No matter what color it was it always looked one way in the palette but when I put in on it was too light or didn't show. With this primer my greens are green as grass, yellows are sun bright and oranges are tiger like! Whe I first came across this item, I wasn't sure. After all, most of the time you get what you pay for. But I was truely impressed. ELF Studio Eye Primer & Liner Sealer
I bought this just to begin trying this type of product. It did nothing to help keep my eye shadow in place. The liner sealer when applied took my liner off, smearing it. I won't purchase this again. Great for everyday use

Works Awesome!
I love pretty much all things ELF.... this eye primer is no exception. Does what it says, stays where it's supposed too & keeps my shadow where it's supposed to too!!! Love primer!
