Smooth and shiny
I love this pencil! I have it in a very nude color and it adds the perfect amount of shine and smoothness to my lips. The pencil is so easy to apply and not make mistakes. Nice Pencil!
I just ordered two of these pencils - one for my daughter and one for me. Mine goes on smoothly and the color Glossy Sand is a nice natural color.
