Listerine Total Care

Was excited to try this mouth. After seeing all the commercials and ads for this mouthwash I thought I'd give it a shot. I was a bit skeptical because I'm not a Listerine fan. It was just ok. Better than the original Listerine but not something I would buy again.

Clean teeth

I've been using this for a few weeks now and my teeth feel very clean. I also have a few spots on my teeth where I have been worried about the enamel being worn and those spots don't seem as noticeable these days. I can't say for sure whether that is from the Listerine, but I can't think of anything else that it could be from. Remember that you can't eat or drink anything for half an hour after u...read moresing it because it is also a fluoride mouthwash. This is good for someone like me who has healthy teeth but a receding gumline (from brushing too much) to keep the good intentions from turning into gum disease! I will definitely buy another bottle of this when I run out.

wish it wasn't so costly!

But Walmart makes a copycat mouthwash: very similar. The important thing here is this: My last two dental hygienists and a dental schoool/clinic I go to now for free cleanings all told me the most important thing is: your mouthwash must have flouride AWA your toothpaste. But the simpler, the better. All the extra fancy stuff, like "tartar control" and "Whitening" are not goo...read mored for the dentin of your teeth and can actually wear it down, AWA the lemon wedges we like so much in our water! Expensive, yes. But, YOUR TEETH are worth it. Don't think twice about taking care of your teeth. Plus, this tastes great.

Best Tasting

I have tried several different mouthwashes and this one tastes the best. Your mouth feels clean and doesn't or smell like antiseptic.
