Without competition!
This is the best mascara I have ever used in my entire life! It IS Colossaly great! It has an amazing brush which touches each and every single lash and coats them in an intense black. No smudging,no clumping and massive volume AND definition. Everything I could ever want from a mascara. Not to mention a beyond awesome price! Really satisfied!
After a lot of experimenting and multiple bitter experiences with mascaras I have to say that Colossal is in my top 3 I've ever had a chance to try.The brush is big enough but not too big and the alignment of bristles is really simple if you take a look,but actually very efficient.It separated lashes,gave them volume and never ever clumped! Love the brush, works great on my lashes. it actually lengthens and adds volume for me. wonderful for the price. I love the brush
After having to toss out a hardly used bottle of Great Lash, a friend recommended I give this one a try. I love the brush. Its pretty big, which I thought would be an issue because my lashes are a little scarce. The brush pulled them up and out and was even able to grab some of the smaller ones on the innner corner- which equals extra bonus points in my book. It separated my lashed without clumping. I think It will work well with false lashes also, so I can't wait to give that a try. My newest find!
I am loving this mascara; much better than CG's LashBlast. It's all in the brush. The only complaint I have is that by the end of the day, I sometimes have a few flakes. It kind of goes with the territory though with a mascara that is going to really pump up the volume, and this one definitely delivers. Colossal disappointment
After liking Maybelline's Stiletto and Falsies mascaras, I thought I would give this a try. Wow, talk about disappointing. I know that most mascara advertisements are air brushed/photoshopped, but I still wasn't ready for the abysmal performance of this mascara. It applied clumpy right out of the tube with a brush that is less than useful. It dried quicker than most mascaras which made it a pain to separate lashes. By lunchtime it was already smudged and flaking. With all this, you'd think it would be easy to take off. Nope. I went through mulptiple cotton balls soaked in Lancome's eye makeup remover along with a couple eye area specific washes to get this stuff off. Did nothing for me
I felt like the huge bristles and clumpy formula of the "Colossal" did nothing beneficial for my blonde fine and thin lashes. Using it on the top lashes, I found that after a few hours it started flaking off, and not only in flakes, but in big ol' clumps. Using it on the bottom lashes - what a joke! The brush is so big, I could barely even get it to touch my bottoms without smearing and blackness all over my entire eye.
