Worst I've tried

Smells awful, runs, flakes, and perfect for creating droopy lashes. This is capable of bringing down even the most perfectly curled lashes.

Maybelline New York Lash Stiletto Ultimate Length Mascara

I was really anxious to try this after watching the commercials. It is a joke! It is one of the thinnest and wettest formulas I have ever used! My eyes also seemed to burn after an hour or so and I couldn't wait to take it off. It was one of the most disappointing mascaras I have ever used. Their advertising should be looked into!

Ick!

This came with an eyeshadow set and I was super excited to try it. Who doesn't want shiny gorgeous lashes? Well....gorgeous.. not so much! What a freakin mess! The formula is very "wet" The minute I blinked I had black all around my eyes and my lashes were clumped together. Of course, then my eyes burned. I guess if it had a better wand it might be better. Sometimes a wand can make or break a mascara. Its just not for me!

I love it for bottom lashes. Works great. For top lashes, it sucks. It lenghens pretty well but volumizing is out of the question. The brush is very thin so that's why it's good for small botton lashes. I won't purchase again.

decent mascara

I liked this mascara for length, but thats about all it does. I definatly noticed that my lashes were significantly longer and had some definition, but if i were going out somewhere I would probably use a thickening mascara on top of this for more volume. But overall, it does what it promises which is to lengthen lashes

Ew...

It just didn't work for me. By the way, I have thin, long eyelashes with a slight curl, but they might as well be straight. Without eyelash curler: My lashes did not go up and show their true length as I expected. With eyelash curler: Extreme spider lashes. Not cute.

not the greatest...

I have had this for a few months and I don't like it. I found it dry, flaky, crisp, spider like lashes. I wanted to love this but not going to repurchase.

Terrible

The biggest turn off for this product is that it smells like insect repellent! The smell lingered long after I applied it. It didn't lengthen my lashes. This isn't the first Maybelline mascara to smell like insect repellant.

Doesn't live up to its claim

The BIGGEST turn off for this product was that it smells like insect repellant! The smell lingers a long while after I applied it. I didn't see any dramatic difference in the length of my lashes after I applied it. It's not the first Maybelline mascara that smelled like insect repellant.
