Missing the Mark.
I buy a lot of mascara. I haven't exactly found the type that works for me, so I end up layering different brands. This one I didn't like, I felt the brush to be really painful. It tugged and pulled on my eyelashes with litter effort. It also wasn't ask black as it claims it would be. I really like the blacked out look, and this didn't help with that. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!
I tried about 10 of the highest recommended mascaras that didn't cost more than $10 and were available in my rural area. I would try 2 at a time for a few days and the one that was the best was compared to the next one. Stiletto rocked it. My lashes double in length with one coat. This builds flawlessly, doesn't flake, smear, or run. Wish it was better

10 Best Mascaras -- EVER -
Okay, Good, Great Mascara!
I like using this mascara for days when I know I won't be out for too long. Usually, groceries, going to lunch, or picking up a few things at the store. There are better mascaras out there for achieve ultra black long lashes to last you all night. I love how it gives me super long looking lashes. After a few hours it does start to flake a bit that is why i don't use it for parties or other get tog...read moreethers. This mascara can have three labels. Okay, Good, and Great. It will be an okay mascara if you wear it for about 12+ hours, Good if you wear it for about 6-10 hours, and a great mascara if you wear it for about 6 hours or less. One thing I do love is the brush. It helps coat every bit of your lashes for an extra long look. Also, this mascara isn't very build-able. If you keep adding coats in hope of making your lashes look longer all you will be doing is making your eyelashes look thicker and if you add to much it will clump very horribly. Not the best

Stiletto mascara
I cant believe its pn the "worst mascara" list! I have spent a small fortune trying to find a mascara l like....Maybelline's Stiletto is my favorite! It goes on smooth, no globs, l love the brush, its skinny at the end so you can get that out side corner and a the bottom lashes...separates and splkes the top. Good rich black, black, stays on good and washes off easy...l love it and l have tried EVERYTHING! Save your money
This mascara really caught my eye when I first saw it in the store, the tube was dark and pretty and I had heard some good things about it, so I just had to have it. The first thing I noticed when I first opened it was the very strong smell that I had never experienced with any other mascara I had tried, and after wearing it I would catch wiffs of it throughout the day. It did a great job of dark...read moreening my lashes, but elsewhere it just falls flat. I experienced a little bit of the lengthening it promised, but it made my lashes look very spidery at times, and any length it added just seemed to flake off an hour or so later, and sometimes it would clump my lashes together. The formula is also very wet. After applying it seems to take an eternity to dry, and it wasn't uncommon for me to find it smudged above my crease later in the day. Another problem I had was slight, uncomfortable tingling sensation after applying which I've never experienced with any other mascara. Overall this product wasn't worth the money, and definitely deserved a return. Stiletto Mascara
??? I LOVE this mascara. I LOVE the slightly floral smell. It totally makes my lashes appear L - O - N - G. I washed & saved the wands from past Stiletto purchases because I love how thin and long they are. Allows me to get all those lil lashes for maximum lash wonderful-ness.
