This stuff did nothing for me. I was looking for a spot treatment that wouldn't over dry and irritate my skin like others did, and this one didn't have many harsh ingredients so I went with it. Unfortunately, it was pretty much useless to treat the little bit of acne I have on my chin. The main active ingredient in this is sulfur, it doesn't smell too strong when I put it on, but when I put it on before bed I noticed the next morning that my pillow reeked. I know sulfur treatments work for some people but not me.
