Super supplement!

For the hair, teeth, nails, bones, joints etc. I have colored my hair so many times and I truly believe that because of this Neocell my hair still looks thick and healthy. This one is a keeper. Wonderful, Affordable Supplement for Skin, Hair, Nails and Joints.

My skin, hair and nails have never looked and felt better! I purchased this bottle at Costco for about $19.00 for 350 tablets, which you are supposed to take six tablets dai...ly, so it should last for 2 months. A little pricey, but just a tad bit more reasonable than the Beauty Scoop or NV Perricone supplements.

- The original hydrolyzed Super Collagen+C™ Tablet and Super Collagen Powder since 1986. Derived from 100% pure Bovine sources, using only selected food source cattle. Extracted from only the dermis (skin) of selected cattle, the safest and richest source of collagen, NOT bone or trachea. Made of pharmaceutical food-grade hydrolyzed bovine-skin collagen, NOT whole gelatin. Hydrolyzed into lower molecular weight for maximum absorption. Contains hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, two amino acids specific to only Collagen. Are not regularly found in amino acid supplements and are especially important to our collagen production. About 30% of body's protein is collagen. Collagen Type I is 90% of the body's total collagen supply. Both Collagen I & III are the main collagen types in connective tissue. Tablets are formulated with Vitamin C, absolutely essential to collagen formation. Powder is water soluble, neutral tasting, and mixes easily with water or juice - juice containing Vitamin C, or other Vitamin C supplements are highly recommended. B.S.E. (Mad Cow Disease) Collagen+C™ supplements are made from USDA approved raw materials, free of B.S.E. (mad cow disease) under strict veterinary standards. The F.D.A. states in it's document "Guidance for Industry" dated July 1998 and updated March 5, 2001 (CFR 589.2000) that "…collagen is exempt under the B.S.E. regulation. Data available to the F.D.A. suggest that collagen does not transmit the transmissable Spongiform Encephalopathy agent. The conventional manufacturing process collagen has been demonstrated to inactivate in a significant way, any residual activity that may have been present in source tissues." Directions
- DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take three Super Collagen+C™ tablets twice daily on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. As a dietary supplement add 6-8 ounces of water or juice slowly to one measuring scoop (included) of Super Collagen Powder once daily. Works best with a hand blender. To maximize absorption and utilization, do NOT add to milk or other protein drinks/powders as this will decrease the benefits. May be taken with other vitamins. For optimum nutritional benefit, drink as suggested on an empty stomach before sleep. Wait 20 minutes before eating. NOTE - Dosage can be increased if desired, there are no known side effects. Studies have used upwards of 10-14g a day. Typical increase is 10-12 tablets a day or 2 scoops a day.
