For Chapped
You do know what this is meant for, right? I wouldn't say that it's a great item to use on your body (the smell alone is a deterrent unless you're used to farm animals) but I got it at the end of the summer after being barefoot all summer to soften my feet... I used it on my cracked heels, put on a pair of socks and voila! Soft skin! It's a huge tin so it will probably last a lifetime... — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Good stuff!
This product is amazing. I had chapped lips last night, put it on before bed, and it is all healed today! I also have been putting it in my belly, I am 9 months pregnant, the cocoa butter was drying out quickly but this stuff stays allot longer! There is a variety of ways you can use this! — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Not perfect
Too thick, hard to pump out of container because it gets clogged, very greasy. — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Amazing for chapped skin and heals cuts!
My parents used this on me as a child whenever I had a cut (better than neosporin!!). I honestly love this stuff and I don't mind the smell but I do have horses! I don't use it everyday since it is petroleum based (just don't prefer the greasiness) but I use it when I have a cut (heals much faster) and on the occasion that I have chapped skin somewhere (heals and soothes it fast!!). It's great for your pets as well. A can lasts a long time. Incidentally it is used for many other things (squeeky bed springs, rust preventation etc.) - read the wikipedia link on it - it's pretty interesting!! — 1 year agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Yucky yucky smell.
I use this on my dog's dry skin and paws. It stays pretty well, but this stuff reeks. I don't know how some of the other reviewers could put this on their nose or lips, but I guess if you're desperate for some relief, this would be the stuff. I'm just glad that it's working for my dog, since that's the reason why I bought it. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

A must have in my house
My mom used Bag Balm on us when we were little, for super dry skin, cuts and scrapes and as lip balm when we were chapped. Now as a 32 year old mother of 2, I keep a big tin of it in my house handy for all of the same things. I also use it in the winter when the inside of my nose gets raw. This stuff is like a miracle balm. It smells yucky but works great! — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Great product
We always kept this around on our small farm. After using it on our animals my husband used it on himself and then I tired it on my hands. This is great stuff. A little on the thicker side, but well worth using. A great value also. — 3 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

vorks better than Vaseline
this is along the same lines as Vaseline, but works a whole lot better! if i put it on my chapped lips it pretty much cures them after one use! the only downside is that it kinda smells funny, I solved this by mixing in some minty lip gloss. yum! — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
