Excellent for dry skin!

I have nothing but great things to say about Soap & Glory's Righteous Butter. First thing, this body butter smells amazing; has a wonderful clean scent that doesn't overpower my skin. The 10 ounce jar is $15 and I usually buy my beauty products from Ulta. Ulta always has coupons off and I believe this brand applies so you can get this for a great deal. This formula is for Very Dry Skin, which I would say applies to me, especially during the winter. I love that I can apply this body butter any time of the day all over, including my hands and it just gives me so much hydration. The directions specifically say to apply to wet skin after showering/bathing but like I said, I can use it than and also on my dry skin if I need some hydration and it provides that. I've used other S&G products and have loved them as well; I love that the products smell clean but are not overly fragranced so I don't get a headache or have any irritation. I love this body butter and will be repurchasing!

Overrated....

Always wanted to try this brand since a lot of YouTubers rave about this. I really don't get what all the hype is about. Good thing I got a deluxe size for free. This stuff is too expensive for a body butter especially when I can get a better body butter for less. For some reason I was under the impression that this would smell kind of candy sweet since YouTubers mentions that they love the smell ...read moreof this. I hate the smell of this. It smells way too strong and perfumey. It kind of reminds me of the Miss Dior Cherie fragrance that I received as a sample way back when. I also hate moisturizers that feel too rubbery and this does just that. I like my skin to feel soft and moisturized afterwards. This just feels like it sits on top of the skin and doesn't absorb at all. I almost paid for this but good thing Ulta sent me this as a free gift with purchase since all the items I bought from Soap & Glory were out of stock.

Works Great, but Smells Cheap

The Body Butter works wonderful at making the skin feel soft and smooth but, I can't help thinking that it smells like a teenager smells and I feel like I should be in a high school locker room.

A Quick Romance

Upon trying a sample of this product I fell in love with the scent and had to have it. For a while it became a staple in my hand bag and then my addiction slowly faded. Amazing!

If you like a really heavy duty body cream and if you like miss dior perfume, this is the body cream for you. Firstly, it can easily be a body cream for the miss dior, they smell the same to me and I've been using the scent for years. Why buy the matching lotion when you can get this. I mainly use this on my hands and feet because those sure the areas that are the roughest and driest and it last for hours and that's why i think its a heavy cream. Pure love for dry skin

Mmm....I just love this creamy, dreamy body butter to pieces. I love this entire line by the makers of Bliss products! Their adorable names and packaging, e excellent formulas too. This body butter has lovely Shea butter, aloe, rose hips oil and vitamin E to smooth all the rough spots. Makes a dynamite hand cream too, very soothing and moisturized my ratty cuticles. I love the smell, it seems like the Saucy Girl Next Door scent. Kinda clean, kinda sexy. Just right.

A New Favorite!

The first thing I noticed about this product was the texture. It looks extremely rich, and I was afraid it would be sticky or overly thick, but it's not! I used it on my knees and elbows before I went to bed. It's not messy, didn't rub off on my sheets, and it smells wonderful! Great, thick body butter

I bought the sample or travel size of this product to try it, before I spent on the Full size. I'm very glad I did this. Don't get me wrong, I like the product! Smells really good

I got this in the HSN collection and was excited to try it since I've heard so much about it. I don't know I guess it's just not for me, I prefer plain old Gold Bond for moisturizing lotion. Yes it did moisturize, but I lotioned my hands like 4 times to get them really nice and smooth feeling. It's nice and I'll use it, but I wouldn't buy it over other brands, but it does smell really nice.

Smell is too strong

My very first time trying Soap and Glory, I was super excited because I have been wanting to try some of their products. This butter is moisturizing indeed and feels nice when you apply it but the smell just kills me, and one of the ingredients is parfum, artificial fragrance which I am not a fan of. I am glad I got to try this before buying it. Very adorable packaging, old fashioned and very feminine.
