Love the Brand... Disappointed in this product!

    by jwink2256 (3 reviews)
My mom bought this for me because I have dark circles under my eyes and she knows I hate them. I like Philosophy so I was excited to see results. All this product does is leaves a slight luminus glow under your eyes so if the light hits it right the circles will appear lighter. The angle the light has to hit it is impossibl...e and it has no coverage agent so the dark shows through. Totally bummed this product was a flop! October 16, 2007, 1:02 pm

I am a total Philosophy gal with hereditary bags under my eyes. Thought this would live up to the brand name; wore it to my son's graduation and my pictures were horrid Looked like reverse raccoon eyes. My eyes are very dark and the circles underneath were very pronounced and bright .Would not purchase this again. May 27, 2008, 7:30 am

I love Philosophy products...but what is this? I put this on and not only does it take awhile for it to absorb...it doesn't do squat! :/ And boy was this pricey... March 27, 2009, 11:54 pm

I really like the philosophy brand but this worked just like if I would have put hand lotion in a tube. This did not do anything for my dark circles at all. March 13, 2009, 10:34 am

    Very Disappointed!

I am a complete Philosophy girl and I haven't been disappointed with any of the products, until now. I'm not sure why this product was release, are they blind? I received this as a gift, or I would have returned it. Funny thing, I saw this used on a model while watching QVC. They were raving about the differance it made whe...n applied under her eyes. I didn't see any differance. Did anyone else see this? October 14, 2008, 2:03 pm

    Not so much...

Love the Philosophy, but they fell short with dark Shadows. After all nighters and lack of sleep, I was excited to see if this would help with my dark circles. Not only did this product show no results at all, there was no light reflection or anything at all. Not worth half the money I paid for it. December 9, 2007, 6:19 pm

I ordered this awhile ago and it feels good while you are putting it on but it does absolutely nothing for my dark circles. I even use it the the Hope eye cream and still see no results. November 30, 2007, 5:36 am

    Not miraculous

Got it to lighten the dark circles under my eyes before i tried the other expensive cream, needless to say it didn't work. It's more like makeup then an acutal treatment. April 17, 2009, 1:55 am

    OK for medium needs

If you have heavy-duty shadows under your eyes, this just won't cut it there. However, I love it for the upper lip -- definitely saw improvement. November 9, 2009, 10:17 am

    A Bust

    by BrittanyMLP (17 reviews)
I am always an easy target for products that "fix" undereye circles, so of course I snatched up this product that is supposed to erase them. It did nothing. Others have said that it left a shimmery color beneath their eyes--I didn't even see that result! Maybe it works on your upper lip, but I didn't need it f...or that. November 5, 2009, 3:33 pm
