For the value its worth it. You can try bare minerals and see how easy it is to use and how soft and silky the make up is and the brushes. This has all I need!
I have battled cystic acne since my teen years and although under the care of an excellent dermatologist now (finally), we are working together with perscriptions to lessen the scarring. I really need foundations and makeup that will not in anyway irritate my skin but can provide medium to full coverage. A Great Deal And Great Products
I'd been wanting to try Bare Minerals for a long time (love those infomercials) but hesitated to shell out for the starter kit. A few weeks back I finally did, and so far I'm very pleased! Bare Minerals blends right into your skin - so well that you only need to use it in small corrective areas if desired - doesn't accentuate lines or flakes and stays put. The brushes that come with the kit are a fantastic value. The only cons I've found so far is that the "warmth" product is so potent that I find it difficult to apply correctly (I have to cut it with just the right amount of mineral veil), and that's it's not an on-the-go kind of product. I like to slap my makeup on during my morning bus/train ride, and with loose powder it's just not gonna happen. If your skin doesn't feel like you aren't wearing make up then you have applied too much. This is an incredible kit for anyone who wants to look natural but dislike the cakey feeling from the old traditional make up routine. Feel refreshed. This is my number one kit that I can not live without. Application takes only minutes. How it all starts...
This is how I was first introduced to the Bare Escentuals Collection. The perfect introduction however the sizes are smaller than the standard pots you buy and they give you two shades for foundation, one of which I rarely ever use. Looks beautiful.....at first.
I had been wanting to try this for ages - I have had troubled skin in the past and thought this would minimize my problem areas. It looked great at first after the girl did it but as the day wore on, my oily skin took it's toll on the staying power of the mineral veil. It started to break down and didn't look good. have you ever felt ripped off?
