This stuff will hold your hair in place no matter what. Humidity, windy weather, rain - you name it. Other hairsprays claim to be extreme hold, but this one actually lives up to the claim. Best part is that you can brush thru your hair at the end of the night without ripping the hair out of your head. I usually use Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play hairspray, but decided to try this as a cheaper option. I've found it to be really effective. It holds well (not as stiff as the BSH) and truly does help my hair appear more voluminous. I have yet to try it out in humid weather, as it's winter here in Michigan, but I have high hopes for it. I wish it had a finer mist. I have to use it very carefully since it comes out to heavy and can leave too much spray in one place. I though my first can may have had a defaulty nozzle, but I am on my third can and they all did the same. I can see why this was rated as number one.
