Disappointed
After reading some of the favorable reviews from another reputable site I quickly purchased this cleanser. It's a gel and I use Shesheido's clensing facial brush and leave it on for up to 10 minutes. My hope since I have Melasma, (brown spots on my face) was that it would be beneficial along with the Retin A-based night cream I use several times a week to aide in eliminating these spots. It's a decent cleanser, but there are numerous drug store brands like Aveeno's exfoliating pads that are comperable for less than half the price. — 3 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

leaves skin dry
After using this about a week, I noticed my skin was drying out and it took sometime to recover from it. I wouldn't recommend it for sensitive or dry skin types. — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

pump is weak but cleanser is nice
I really like this cleanser. I don't like the pump though it lets out only the timiest amount I have to use like 6 pumps to get what I feel I need. I don't know maybe that is a good thing as some cleansers let half the bottle out with each pump. I have been using this for 3 months and love it. I used to use Skin Ceuticals and I think this SLS and soap free cleanser is better and more bang for my buck. It isn't drying and I love the way it cleans my face with out feeling stripped. — 4 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
