I did WEEKS of researching products, searching for a toner that did not contain alcohol, had zero comedogenic ingredients, did not DRY the skin, and lots of skin goodies. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce: Neaclear Liquid Oxygen Facial Toner. There is some controversy about this product claiming to contain liquid oxygen (which is about -138 degrees), if you read the info on the website, however, they do NOT claim this product to contain liquid oxygen, only that the water used has been oygenated (which it does via hydrogen peroxide) This fabulous product contains Vitamins A D C & E, Aloe,Sage, Calendula, Chamomile, Rosemary and Mint, SDA 40 ( a high grade purified cosmetic alcohol. Evaporates instantly, so it is used as a vehicle to transport important ingredients to the skin's surface and then leave them there; gentler to the skin than ethyl (rubbing) alcoholand may help kill bacteria) Allatoin (useful for dry skin and for healing wounds, burns, and scars) Panthenol (can soothe the skin reducing the effects of sunburn, dry skin, and certain skin disorders.) Sodium PCA (binds water to the skin) It has a refreshing coolness due to the menthol and peppermint, which could be irritating to more sensitive types. I use this as a quick clean me up and pick me up after work and in a spritz bottle to refresh throuout the day. My skin never feels dry, but fresh, clean, moisturized. Amazing toner for most skin types!

I got Neaclear Liquid Oxygen Facial Toner from Ulta after seeing great reviews for it on their site. I am quite pleased & will be repurchasing. Normally, I'm wary of any skincare catchall designated for every or most skin types (though in all fairness, the bottle doesn't specify what types of skin the toner's for). In this case, except for maybe sensitive and extremely dry or mature skin types, I'd say this toner can benefit those in the normal range, from dry to oily and acne prone. It's made from oxygenated water, aloe vera, and witch hazel and leaves my combination skin tingling and not tight at all. I've used it for over a week now, but I noticed an immediate and significant difference in my skin's texture. I've had pronounced blackheads on my nose and chin since my teens, and they are minimal now. My dry, flaky cheeks, recovering from the arid winter, are now smooth. Some consumers have suggested this toner may be too harsh for dry skin, but I found that the conditioners and light moisturizers (e.g., sorbitol, NaPCA, allantoin, panthenol) keep my skin soft. Of course, you should still follow with moisturizer though if you have dry to normal skin. I love how Neaclear doesn't test on animals and this formula is natural. My only qualm is that the otherwise attractive clear bottle leaks easily. It has a squirt dispenser which popped off when I tried to see why it was dripping a little one time. Also, some people have complained about the scent. The product is actually fragrance free, but the herbal ingredients lend it an aroma reminiscent of...lemon all-purpose cleaner or furniture polish maybe? It doesn't bother me though, since it's not that strong & doesn't linger. To me, the quality and effectiveness of this toner outweigh these minor quibbles. — 2 months, 1 week ago

Amazing toner!!!

I've been using this product for about 6 months now, after a massacre I had with dermalogica products. Thankfully I was able to find this amazing product!! This first thing that I noticed was the super fresh feeling this toner gives your face. It feels as though your skin is breathing. Your face feels incredibly clean. On the slight downside it does make your face a little tight, but that isn't something moisturizer can't fix. I helps with acne ALOT, I have not had a severed break out since using this product. I actually got this product at Big lots. I absolutely love it. I have combination oily/dry skin which is prone to break outs (I'm 21 and I still get em) this product not only feels great on my skin but also helps to combat the oily/dry combination skin helping to keep it balanced. It has also helped with reducing the appearance of my pores on my cheek area which is quite oily and noticeable, and helped to reduce the amount of black heads I get. when first used this product helps to stimulate the circulation in the skin which feels odd at first but begins to feel amazing the more often you use it. I use it once daily and it works all day long. all in all. If I can't continue to buy them at Big lots for 2 bucks I guess I'll have to go to amazon and drop 20. so I guess I am gonna stock up XD — 2 years, 9 months ago
