It's not as thick as a typical conditioner, more liquidy than I had imagined. It spreads evenly and easily through your hair. It didn't leave my hair greasy. My hair was shiny when I used it. I just can't justify $32 for this. I'm not sure about the anti-aging benefits, difficult to track.
