Acne thrapy system
I thought I'd give this is a shot in place of proactive due to the cost. Well I have to say I prefer my proactive. This product left my skin dry. I have used proactiv for 5 years and when i purchased this i was hoping it would be a less expensive way to continue to control my acne. decent cleanser, disappointing lotions
over the past 10 years I have tried EVERYTHING to treat my moderate acne and this system is, in my opinion, one of the worst... I had hoped it would be a more convenient, less expensive version of Proactiv but I was very disappointed... the cleanser was nice... it is a .5% salicylic acid "polishing" scrub and I actually considered repurchasing the entire kit just for the cleanser... the "acne control lotion" is a 2. 5% benzoyl peroxide lotion (same percentage as Proactiv) but it was super sticky and I didn't feel it ever "sank in" properly... the SPF15 lotion that comes with it was okay.. it didn't cause further breakouts but it didn't moisturize very well either.. I had to use Cetaphil moisturizer on top of it... Perhaps my least favorite part of the system is that it is lacking a toner. I only had the patience to stick with this system for about 3 weeks, but I saw no improvement in my acne and my dry skin was EXTRA flaky :( I have to add, though, that I have a friend with oily skin and mild acne and she swears by this system... — 3 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Horrible!
This acne treatment has been by far the WORST! The cleanser was okay, but I don't think it cleansed deep down and it was really drying. The acne lotion makes my skin tight and gave me a chemical burn! My face was flaky, just gross. I think the only good thing about this was the oil-free spf 15 sunblock, but even then.
