I use this every time I shampoo and condition my hair. It keeps my hair from getting frizzy and wiry. My hair texture changed after I had a child. So I use this and a straightening balm and I can just go. Either I can blow it straight or not. At least it's not a huge wiry ball of frizz. This is the second or third bottle I've bought. I have been using this since last summer and I have noticed a definite improvement in my naturally curly hair. I have been straightening the "mop" as I like to call it since age 18 and I have very spirally curls. Over time, this has pulled out the curl considerably. When I emerge from the shower, my curls are definitely less defined and it makes straightening alot easier.
