Chisel brush
Too soft. Good quality, but does not pick up pressed blushes and powder well. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

PERFECT!
I never really realized how important it is to have the "correct" brush when applying mineral makeup. I bought the Pur Minerals starter kit and this brush comes with it. I gave it all a try and I love this brush! — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

hard. hard. and rough
This brush scrapes the skin and pokes where ever I use it. I don't know how to use it if all I'm feeling is coarse hair. I would not buy this brush buy try something more delicate. — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Perfect for pressed makeup
Soft bristles. Works very nicely to apply pressed powder, like the Pur Minerals 4-in-1 mineral makeup. Also works very nicely when applying any type of cheek color. Love! — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great brush but needs softer bristles
This compact foundation is used alongside with their Chisel brush, made of a sturdy see-through plastic handle that can actually stand upright. All my other brushes just flop to the side when I place them in my brush holder. The width of the bristles on the brush is just the right size to evenly swirl across the compact. After getting the powder onto my brush, I gently buff into my skin. To remove excess powder that may appear on the top layer of the pressed foundation, dab a brush in short quick motions to let the bristles get the remaining powder. The only thing I wish this brush had is softer bristles!! — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

sheds bristles and felt rough on my skin
i bought the trial kit partially because of the value of receiving the brush. first the brush felt very rough on my skin, which was offensive to me, as i appreciate soft feeling applicators, (the new lancombe brush is incredible! and a cheaper version from london drugs is the eco line of recycled bamboo, they feel like silk!)then, the brush shed its bristles horribly! i wondered what was up and realized that i had brush hairs on my face, and even in and around my eyes, tangled in my eyeslashes! eew! it was aweful! i tried the product with my other brushes in an attempt to convince myself to keep the kit, because i quite liked the pink blush (but for the smell) but because the damned brush just would not stop shedding, i could not get past it. this was upsetting because i am not overly heavy -handed and i am not a novice at make-up application. i gave-up and returned the kit. :( — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
