When I first looked into this product a few years ago, I saw that there were different products for different skin types. I went back on the site in Dec '11 and saw that it's now one type fits all. I ordered it and used it daily am/pm. Didn't really see any astounding results. Returned it with in time frame and received a refund in a reasonable time. I won't be purchasing this product again. But I have nothing bad to say about the products themselves. No burning, no reaction, face felt moisturized. Not everything works for everybody so I recommend for you to give it a try. This product broke me out even more.!!! My skin appeared smoothher in the parts that were not broken out but I have more scarring and breakouts in place I never broke out my neck and under my chin since using the product to the T. It may have worked for other but not this chica. Plus the Exfoliating serum burned like Heck What the heck you go to put it on and it starts burning no. I just called to cancel. Just so you know if you do that they will ask you to return the trial bottles back and you have to pay the shipping back to them. Beware of Billing
I am african american and bought this product based on its taget audience being women of color. This product did nothing to help my skin and when I called to cancel I was told I signed up for the continuity program and they charged me three times the trial price. 3 months later they charged me again for another shipment i didnt order. I finally got it canceled and returned the last shipment but as a result i ended up with new breakouts and overcharged. Stay on top of your billing, I just wish people would be honest about the product and not rip innocent consumers off.
