I love all things that smell like coconut. In that regard, this a great product. I also really liked that the shampoo was sulfate free. However, it just didn't deliver on its promises. Don't let the fragrance fool you
I love coconut scent, and that was why I picked this one up at a grocery store. Wow, this shampoo and the matching conditioner smelled overwhelmingly strong. Actually, too much fragrance. On the other hand, the performance was weak. The shampoo cleansed my hair good, but I felt that it stripped the moisture out of my coarse hair and scalp, and the conditioner was not nourishing enough to restore the moisture back. It was okay for a few hours, but the next morning I remember I wanted to wash my hair again because I hated how my hair felt - dry, and the scalp was a bit itchy already. Fun
A fun alternative to the shampoo I use daily. The smell is fabulous but it was a "spur of the moment" purchase at a novelty store and not something I come across daily. It seemed healthy and moisturizing, which to me, is good for my long, thick hair. It did cost a bit much. My Go-To Shampo
I started using this shampoo because at the time it was made without any parabens or sulfates (they've recently changed the ingredients), I can get it at a decent price, and it smells great. I have long, straight, dark, unprocessed hair. I have used Organics shampoo for the last several years and I never have any of the build up problems I get with silicone shampoos (like Pantene). Others have noted that the shampoo can be drying, but maybe I haven't experienced that because I don't dye my hair-however I do blow it out and straighten it everyday day and I haven't noticed any increase in damage. I usually follow with Organics Coconut conditioner (sometime I do use their other scents), and finish by spritzing my whole head with Tresseme heat protector and working a little Organics Coconut Oil onto my ends before my blowout. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

YUCK!
This shampoo smells like heaven but it total dried out my hair. When you squeeze it out of the bottle it has a weird gooey consistency. I adore coconut scented things so I was hoing my hair would smell like it all day. The smell faded pretty quickly and my hair felt like straw. Very disappointed.
